BAG Day

So I went to a gun show today, because it IS "Buy a Gun" day after all, and I didn't find a single one that I couldn't live without.

I was terribly dissapointed. So I bought 960 rounds of 30-06 korean milsup on Garand clips for 160.00

1000 rounds of Wolf 7.62×39 for 90.00

two 440 round tins of Polish 7.64x54r for 58.50

250 rounds of .45 200gr JHP for 40.00

and 250 rounds of Speer LE reduced recoil 12 Ga #00 for 62.50 (opened boxes)
out the door at 450.00 (counting tax)

….Sheesh, planning on starting your own jihad, I take it?!?

That’s some nice ammo indeed. I’m in a state of ammo envy!

  2. the 54R will last the longest…
    about 6 weeks.
    couldn’t find a decent price on 357, 44, OR 9MM
As for 22, local price of 550 bulk box for 10.69 can’t be beat.

  3. That Speer 00 would’ve run you $250 here in Fort Lauderdale…

  4. Max, please note that they were from open boxes.
In fact they were from broken/torn boxes. I was just lucky to have enough empty light trap load boxes in the car to re-package it.
Also, just FYI, I had to stop back 5 times to haggle with the vender. I finaly got that price about 45 minutes before show end while he was starting to pack up.
